FinNode Announces 10 Finalists for Web-2-Mobile
Finalists to Present Their Plans Before a Panel of Judges

Santa Clara, Calif. – January 3, 2007 – To kick off the New Year on a positive note, FinNode, a business and technology consortium connecting Silicon Valley companies with partners in Finland and the U.S., announced today ten finalists to the ‘Web-2-Mobile’ Business Plan Competition. The companies are:

Extreme AI, Inc (USA)
Geniem Ltd. (Finland)
GDM Group (Russia)
Intellareturn Corp (USA)
Mobile Backstage (Finland)
N2N Consulting (Singapore)
SMS Card (United Kingdom)
TalkPlus, Inc (USA)

The competition site attracted 14,388 visitors in just six weeks and entries were submitted from companies all over the world including India, Singapore, Russia, Finland, Italy, UK and even Afghanistan.

Later this month, the ten finalists will be presenting their business plans in front of an expert judging panel that includes Mayfield, Nokia Ventures, Nexit Ventures, Garage Ventures and many others. Moderating the final presentations will be Joe Jasin from SK Telecom.
